Our team at Clarity Therapy

Clarity Therapy is a multi-disciplinary practice led by a mental health social worker which draws on the professions of psychology, counselling, social work, and psychotherapy.

Our strength lies in being down-to-earth and relatable to those we work with. We believe that therapy can be more than treating a condition but rather a rich journey of self-development and growth.

What we offer

Clarity Therapy offers therapists an inclusive, supportive, working environment with an opportunity to work across a diverse range of presenting issues and group work.

We understand the high burnout nature of being a therapist and therefore offer flexible working hours, peer support, options for working in nature, and comfortable therapy rooms.
